چکیده

Wastewater treatment in semi-natural systems, such as a hydroponic lagoon operating the third stage of treatment, is becoming more and popular because efficiency organic matter nutrient removal. The article presents an analysis pollutant removal at mechanical-biological wastewater plant Gronów with capacity Q<sub>d</sub> = 1125m<sup>3</sup>/day load 9375 PE. operates on basis activated sludge biomass settling technology submerged flow beds. characterized by very high variability inflow during year due to periodic from tourist resorts Łagów. average removing pollutants was: BOD<sub>5</sub> - 98.5%, COD 92.8%, total suspended solids 93.2%, nitrogen 86.1% phosphorus 69.5%. study showed that use technological system improved 1.7% for BOD<sub>5</sub>, 0.9% COD, 4.3%, 6.4% phosphorus- 3.3%.
